Following the incorporation of feedback from the public consultation event into the design of the scheme, we will be submitting an outline planning application for up to 250 dwellings accompanied by a full suite of technical reports, including ecological and noise surveys, ground investigation reports etc. The application will also assess the impact of additional traffic on the local highway network, and provide calculations to ensure the mandatory 10% biodiversity net gain can be met. The reports will demonstrate that any impacts of the development on the local community have been fully considered and mitigated.

Once the outline application has been submitted to North Northamptonshire Council, local residents will be given an opportunity to comment again during the consultation period.
