Green Infrastructure

The proposed development seeks to retain existing trees and vegetation, where possible. These will be improved by the provision of new landscaping to provide ecological enhancement ensuring that the site will meet 10% biodiversity net gain requirements.

New street trees and other planting will be provided along main vehicular, pedestrian and cycle routes.

Wildlife corridors and public open space are proposed along the eastern and southern boundaries linking to the existing green infrastructure.
